While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with your prior permission:

The processing of personal data provided by the user is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" No. 998-IIIQ dated 11.05.2010. The processing of personal data within the framework of this Policy means the recording, systematization, updating, modification, extraction, depersonalization, storage, transfer, destruction of personal data. 

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it be simply stored on Your device. 

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
