List of officials authorized to draw up protocols on behalf of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who have detected administrative offenses provided for in Articles 212-1.2 (in respect of import and export), 275.4 (in respect of import), 275.5, 279.2 (in respect of import), 279.3, 363.2 (in respect of import), 363.3, 448, 449 (in respect of import), 457.3, 506, and 508 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, pursuant to Decree No. 1361 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 3, 2017, "On Approval of the List of Officials Authorized to Draw Up Protocols on Cases of Administrative Offenses Considered by District (City) Courts"
1. Chairman of the Committee and his deputies
2. Head of the Operational-Investigative Department of the Committee's Apparatus, his deputies, heads of departments and divisions (sections) of the department
3. Heads of customs authorities included in the structure of the Committee, their deputies, heads of departments, centers, divisions (units), posts of the said customs authorities, their deputies, chief inspectors, chief investigators, chief officers of preliminary inquiry, senior inspectors, senior investigators, senior officers of preliminary inquiry, investigators, and officers of preliminary inquiry.
