Meeting Held with the Chairman of the Customs Service of Turkmenistan

On 22 June, a meeting was held at the State Customs Committee with Mr. Maksat Khudaykuliyev, Chairman of the Customs Service of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the existing cooperation between the customs administrations of the two countries and emphasized the importance of further expanding bilateral cooperation.

The sides also exchanged information on the best practices implemented by their respective customs administrations and discussed opportunities to strengthen cooperation in such areas as information technologies, customs statistics, risk management, the organization of customs operations at seaports, and other fields of mutual interest.
