Adil Muradov was born on 9 September 1990 in Gərənə village, Barda District, Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2008, he enrolled at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, where he studied Customs Expertise within the Faculty of Administrative Management. He graduated with honors in 2012.
From 2012 to 2013, he completed his compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He continued his education at Baku State University, where he obtained a Master's degree in Customs Affairs from the Faculty of International Relations and Economics between 2013 and 2015.
He began his professional career in 2015 as an Inspector at the Böyük-Kəsik Customs Post of the Tovuz Customs Administration.
In 2016, he was appointed Senior Inspector at the Analytical Department of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as Head of the Analytical Analysis Department.
Since 17 October 2023, he has been serving as Head of the Service Quality Control Department of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is married and has one child.
