Public Council

The Public Council under the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan is established for the purposes of strengthening public control in the field of customs affairs, expanding public participation and ensuring the participation of civil society institutions in the organization of public control.

In accordance with the Regulation on the Election of the Public Council by Civil Society Institutions" approved by Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 816-IVQ dated November 22, 2013 "On Public Participation" and the the Decision No. 171 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 30, 2014, "Regulation on the Public Council under the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan" was approved by the Order No. 1000/031 of the State Customs Committee dated 03.04.2021
