Authorized Economic Operator
Authorized economic operators (AEO) are legal entities that, in accordance with the norms and standards of the World Customs Organization, use the simplified forms and methods of customs control with the aim of ensuring the safety of the delivery of goods to their destination and facilitating foreign trade.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear entrepreneurs! Starting from December 1, 2023, you can apply to the State Customs Committee to obtain the AEO status. The application is carried out through the personal cabinet of the foreign trade participant.

Before applying, please review the following documents and carry out a preliminary assessment of compliance with the conditions for granting AEO status:
- Rules on the granting, temporary suspension, and revocation of the Authorized Economic Operator Status;
- Methodical recommendation on the use of the status of an authorized economic operator;
- “Self-assessment” questionnaire.
Note: Please fill out the “Self-assessment” questionnaire and submit along with required documents and relevant information related to application form.
The process of granting the AEO status:
- Electronic application to the State Customs Committee;
- The State Customs Committee examines the application within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt and makes a decision;
- Informs the applicant about the decision made on the application.
