In order to register goods containing objects of intellectual property rights, to increase the efficiency of customs control over pirated or counterfeit goods crossing the customs border, as well as to ensure stable communication with the right holders, customs authorities carry out customs control measures in this area by keeping the registration of goods containing objects of intellectual property rights.

The process of the registration of goods containing objects of intellectual property rights:
- Individuals apply to the State Customs Committee in electronic form;
- The State Customs Committee considers the application within 1 (one) month from the date of its receipt and makes a decision on the registration of the goods;
- The State Customs Committee informs the person about the decision on the application.
