B2G forum

On December 8, a B2G (Business to Government) forum was held, jointly organized by the State Customs Committee and Caspian Energy Club. The forum was organized by Caspian Energy Club within the framework of events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, planned to be held in 20 countries. The Chairman of the Board of Caspian Energy Club and the group's CEO, Telman Aliyev, expressed satisfaction with the activities of the organization he represents and the effective and businesslike cooperation established with the State Customs Committee. The Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Shahin Baghirov, provided information about the reforms carried out in the customs system under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, highlighting that one of the main goals of the customs authorities is to establish a sustainable dialogue platform between customs and business, and to create a favorable business environment for foreign trade participants through easy, transparent, and digital solutions. Following this, customs officials presented on the "Customs Development Model," "Trans-Caspian Customs Portal," "Automated Risk Analysis System" (ARAS), "Authorized Economic Operator" (AEO), and "Smart-Bot" projects. At the end of the event, the suggestions of business entities were heard, and questions of interest to entrepreneurs were answered.
