Foreign economic association "Azerterminalcomplex" under the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan is now called "Azerterminalcomplex". Established in accordance with the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 301 dated June 1, 1992, "Azerterminalcomplex" carries out its activities on the basis of economic accounting and self-financing in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on enterprises, as well as performs the tasks assigned to it and uses its rights related to its activities.
"Azerterminal complex" operates in accordance with the effective legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, normative acts of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan regulating its activities and this charter.
"Azerterminalcomplex" is responsible for its obligations only for property, which can be levied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The state, its bodies and organizations are not liable for the obligations of Azerterminalcomplex, and Azerterminalcomplex is not liable for the obligations of the state, its bodies and organizations.
"Azerterminalcomplex" is a legal entity, has a round seal and stamps with its name and coat of arms, as well as manat and foreign currency accounts in the banks of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Legal address of "Azerterminalcomplex" is Baku city, Inshatchilar avenue.
